All age, online, mental health support is now available to our local population provided by Kooth plc.
Kooth provides mental health support to children and young people aged between 11-25.
Qwell (the adult version of Kooth but operates under a different brand name) is accessible to Wirral adults aged 26 and over.
What does the service offer?
Both Kooth and Qwell offer free emotional support including; immediate access to online counselling, self-help resources and peer to peer support. The platform also encourages assigning self-defined goals which can be measured to better understand progress/outcomes. No referral is required and people can sign up anonymously.

Both platforms and are available 365 days a year. The chat service (including counselling support) is available 12pm-10pm Monday-Friday and 6-10pm at weekends.
