If you are moving abroad or are out of the country for more than 3 months, there is more advice Here
If you think you may need travel vaccinations, you will need to complete a Travel Health Questionnaire (see below). This will assist the nurse in organising the right vaccines for you and your trip.
Please note: if you are travelling outside Europe, you will need to contact the School of Tropical Medicine on 0151 705 3100 for advice.
To help us offer the appropriate advice, please fill out the online form before coming to see the nurse.
Once we have received your completed Travel Health Questionnaire, we will contact you to make an appointment for your travel vaccines. It is important that you are booked in at least 8 weeks before you travel if you are going outside Europe. This is because we may need to order stock and some vaccines will need to be given over a course of a few weeks.
Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription and these incur a charge over and above the normal prescription charge. This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS.
